這首歌是Black Shelton下一張專輯的第一支單曲

god's country字面意思上是上帝的國家

但還有另外一個意思指鄉村地區或農村地區之類的較落後的地方

Black雖然稱呼自己的家鄉是God's country

但歌曲中能看出他對家鄉是充滿了認同感
